Project Prices
What is Included?
Accommodation
You sleep in large , same-sex safari tents with beds and linen provided. All you need to bring is your sleeping bag.
Meals
We provide 3 delicious , home cooked meals a day. Enjoy a burger day , make your own pizzas or enjoy picnic at the river.
We cater fr special dietary requirements including vegetarian and vegan
Beverages
We run a ‘dry’ camp so there is no alcohol available but you are welcome to bring soft drinks if you wish. We use borehole water which is safe to drink.
Ablutions
There are six showers and six toilets available in the camp and you will enjoy a hot shower every day.
Laundry
You will have time on the weekend to hand wash your laundry. We will provide you with washing powder
Conservation Activities
You will take part in a variety of conservation activities including anti-poaching ,maintaining waterholes , road maintenance, setting camera traps , conducting censuses , game drives to name a few.
Lectures and Discussions
We run a Bird Identification Course and have very interesting talks/debates on Conservation, sustainable living and the hunting industry.
Bush Experiences
One of the highlights of your trip is sleeping out under the stars and listening to the night creatures.
Meeting the Community
Ladies from the village will teach you how to weave using local materials and you will visit the local village.
Communication
There is very limited communication on the Reserve as we are remote and cell signal is intermittent. Should you need to make any urgent calls to family we are able to facilitate this but do not expect to have signal all the time.
